A shop owner and DecoNetwork user since 2010, Zach Dewhurst brings firsthand knowledge of the daily demands of running a decoration business. As the owner of Print Phase and the visionary behind Shop Sync, he wants to help DecoNetwork membersโ€”especially Print Phase DTF transfer clientsโ€”organize their operations and reach more of their businessโ€™s potential. His approach starts with syncing the tools, information, and workflows a shop depends on so owners can see how everything fits together and make more strategic decisions. That vision extends beyond production and efficiency: Zach sees connected data and intentional marketing as essential to uncovering opportunities, building stronger customer relationships, and creating sustainable growth.

Marketing is central to his approachโ€”from planning campaigns and managing social media to helping you understand what your data reveals about your customers and opportunities for growth. Darshan helps turn that information into better marketing decisions, connecting the ongoing development of Shop Sync with practical steps to move your business forward.

We strongly recommend meeting with Darshan at least once a month to review your data, ask questions, discuss marketing opportunities, and identify ways to improve your workflows. These conversations help keep your strategy focused and Shop Sync evolving with your business. Ongoing consulting is available at $100 per hour, separate from your Shop Sync subscription and onboarding.
