DecoNetwork Blank Product Prompt Builder

Build instructions for creating blank products in DecoNetwork Admin from individual supplier products or entire product groups.

1. Account & Supplier Sources

DecoNetwork Account / Admin URL — Optional Leave blank to use the currently open authorized account. Do not enter passwords.

A supplier source can be an individual item, product family, collection, or category containing multiple products. Referenced files must be attached separately to your AI chat.

2. Product Names, Codes & Groups

Product Name Prefix — Optional Names follow the color organization selected below. Separate products include the color; a combined product uses the model name. Color Organization Finish and verify one color first. For additional colors, use Colors → Add Color before uploading each image. Product Code Instructions — Optional Do not research or enter individual supplier SKUs unless required. Mandatory identifiers must be verified or confirmed with you. DecoNetwork Product Group Use the matching existing group in the account. If it is missing or unsuitable, ask before proceeding.

3. Descriptions, Colors & Images

Description Instructions — Optional Product Image Approach Applies to either color organization. Choose matching blank images with consistent orientation and product position. Shared images must be disclosed. Color / Image File Mapping — Optional Attach these files separately in chat. Preserve exact filenames. Files listed here are references, not uploads.

4. Decoration Views

Default Decoration View Use one Front view by default. Add additional decoration views

5. Decoration Areas & Methods

Decoration Area Existing selections must match an area already configured in the account. Custom lets you specify a new area. Area / View Assignment Instructions — Optional Views and decoration areas are separate settings. An area named Back does not automatically create a Back view.

Select only the methods to enable. Verify supplier compatibility and existing account support. Do not enable additional methods based on supplier capabilities alone.

6. Blank Product Pricing

Blank Price Approach

Blank pricing only. Apply the same unit price to every price level and quantity tier. Leave decoration pricing and account pricing tables unchanged.

7. Sizes, Shipping & Supplier

Sizes / Capacities — Optional Shipping Instructions — Optional Do not use product dimensions as shipping dimensions unless verified. Check dimensions and weight independently. Missing or unitless data leaves that override unchecked and does not block creation. Supplier Handling Supplier Assignment — Optional Before creating products, check Products → Supplier Account Details. Reuse a matching record; if missing, add and save the supplier first using verified details. Do not invent required supplier data.

8. Category & Availability

Existing Product Category — Optional Leave blank to skip category assignment. Preserve all existing or inherited categories; do not delete categories. Product Availability

Website Availability

Additional Instructions — Optional Saved Product State This selection supplies the instruction for final activation. Incomplete products stay inactive.

Create one color first, then continue. The generated prompt authorizes initial, intermediate, and final saves. Report real blockers and keep unfinished products inactive.
